You have told us how essential it is for you to keep up to date with the latest trends in the residential market together with the increasing amounts of ever changing legislation and tax regulation. Our editorial team are dedicated to ensuring that you are bought the most important news and features relating to the UK investment market. What we won’t do is provide you with ‘mindless’ news feeds about what is happening in Cape Verde, Ukraine or Australia. We remain completely focused on the UK.

If you want an Assured Shorthold Tenancy, feel FREE to register and print one off. We guarantee that the whole process will take you literally seconds. If you don’t believe us try it – we are confident that you will be surprised how easy it is. PROPERTY MANAGER gives you your own digital rent book to help you keep track of rents and payments. It also enables you to work out your tax returns at the end of each year (remember the deadline is 31st Jan for those submitting online) and then stores the results should you ever need to come back to them. It enables you to store all your financial data relating to your portfolio. This gives you at a glance, details on your PROFITS or where you have unutilised EQUITY should you want to remortgage and raise additional capital.

We know whether you are a new landlord or one that has being renting properties for a number of years; there are always things that happen which make you think ‘what do I do now?’. We have come up with a unique feature that allows our users to put a question to our panel of experts. Simply go to our Ask An Expert Forum and type in your question – whether on mortgages, tenancy problems or some investment advice. They will then get back to you with their own advice and hopefully a solution to your problem.

We are having problems logging on and seeing our properties. The landlord can see it on his screen, but when we use his log on details and name of course, we see a screen which say 0 properties (there should be 5)
How do we overcome this problem as I need to access data in order to assist managing as landlord will be overseas a lot.
