Our new legal partner
Hello, I am Amy Castleman, a specialist Housing Solicitor at Premier Solicitors in Bedford.
Most landlords have a pleasant journey increasing their property portfolio and whilst a good tenant is extremely desirable, so is a good solicitor if things go wrong.
Specialist landlord advice – fixed fees
Premier Solicitors has been listening to landlords for many years and if you have problem tenants it usually means that by the time you come to us you may already be ‘out of pocket’ perhaps due to rent arrears. This is why we work on competitive fixed fees for standard possession proceedings.
At Premier Solicitors we have structured fixed fee pricing for our specialist landlord and tenant services. This means you know exactly how much it will cost you in any given situation with evicting tenants. We only charge a private rate if the case is strongly defended by the tenant but again, all potential costs are outlined to you and you won’t receive a shocking bill for work you didn’t know was being carried out.
Our professional service has attracted business from several property management companies, social housing associations and private landlords all of whom benefit from the same expertise and fixed cost service. We manage to secure eviction orders in the vast majority of cases on which we are instructed at first instance.
We offer a complete cradle to grave service from serving appropriate notices to organising bailiff attendance on eviction day and all for a fixed price.
Just get in touch for friendly advice
If you need any help give us a call to see if we can help you and if we can, we will tell you exactly how much it will be. We are excited to work alongside Property Hawk and whilst we hope you never have need of a solicitor in your dealings with tenants – we are here if the best laid plans go awry.
Any issues – give us a call on 01234 800063 and ask for me, Amy Castleman or email direct amy.castleman@premiersolicitors.co.uk
